Gather the necessary tools and materials:

1. Pivot door hardware kit
   
2. Drill Screwdriver Level.
   
3. Preferably digital level
   
4. Tape measure
   
5. Pencil Shims
   
6. Safety glasses
   
7. Gloves

Step 1: Prepare the doorway opening Make sure the doorway opening is square and level. Trim the concrete jambs if necessary to fit the pivot door frame Install a header in lateral frame using 2 screws per side.

Step 2: Install the floor pivot Determine the location of the floor pivot. The pivot point is typically located 8 to 10 way up from the bottom of the door. Depending on width of door distance may vary Make sure it is level with the top frame. Our installers typically use a digital level to alight top header with center of bottom pivot Mark the pivot point on the floor and drill a pilot hole. Install the floor pivot cup into the hole.

Step 3: Hang the door Lift the door and insert the pivot pin into the floor pivot cup. Raise the door until it is fully engaged with the ceiling pivot. Shim the door as needed to ensure it is level and plumb.

Step 4: Install the handles Install the handles on the door according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 5: Test the door Open and close the door to ensure it swings smoothly and without any binding.

Step 6: Install Handles and Hardware: Install the door handles and any additional hardware according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 7 Final Checks: Check all screws for tightness. Ensure the door swings freely without rubbing against the frame.
